Super fast wifi The space As you walk in you are immediately greeted by huge 8x8' rough sawn exposed timbers that come from an old illinois barn, built in 1898. A pleasant mix of barn beams, reclaimed wood walls and sleek drywall creates a cozy and inviting space. Looking across the expansive white granite kitchen counter, a giant stacked stone wood burning fireplace with a 55' flatscreen takes center stage in the main room. Custom wood floors in living areas, slate in kitchen and lower bath, and carpet in the bedrooms. Main floor features a queen sized bedroom and main bath with large walk in shower and laundry closet. 2 queen bedrooms upstairs are separated by a large bathroom finished in travertine tile. Double sinks on a custom made walnut slab vanity, glass frame walk in shower with double shower heads and exposed wood beams create a spa like atmosphere. Large upstairs loft area with cozy sectional couches overlooks the living area with the fireplace and hand made antler chandelier. Our place was designed and built in an eco friendly manner, with our guests ultimate comfort in mind. For this reason we went with all energy star rated appliances and lighting, high grade wood windows, premium insulation, and no voc paints and finishes. Our top of the line trane heating system is amended by a 99.9% HEPA filter and an HRV unit that constantly circulates air through the home to maintain clean and fresh air. Landscaping around the home was done using all native rock that was excavated during construction. Hot tub, fire pit and storage shed in private backyard setting surrounded by tall trees. Sunny front patio is a perfect place to enjoy an afternoon drink while taking in the view of slide mountain.
