This home also allows access to their beautiful boat dock and deck above for relaxation and views of the mountains and water. You never have to leave this beautiful home with its own access to the lake. The big fireplace inside is open sided so you can see it on both sides, from the big comfy living room to the kitchen. This unit has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection. Guest access Guest will have access to a Full Service Spa, 2 Restaurants on property, Indoor/Outdoor Pools, 2 Championship Golf Courses, Fitness center, Rumbling Bald Beach, Racquet Courts, and Hot Tub at our Wellness Center. Other things to note This property is non-smoking Cancellations/Transfers: Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $75.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages. Houskeeping Supplies: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dish washing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, bath mats, sheets, and dish clothes are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit and there is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Markets.
