All other living spaces are on the second floor. The spacious master bedroom includes a California king-sized bed, exercise bike, ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, as well as two walk-in closets. A workspace with a desk and office chair is on the landing area upstairs just outside the large laundry room. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, desk, office chair, and reading chair. The fourth bedroom includes a queen bed, long desk with two monitors that you can plug your laptop into. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the living room, and reliable wifi throughout. There is ample street parking just outside the home. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the two locked closets on the first floor (one in the kitchen and one under the stairway), the garage, and the attic. Other things to note 1. Neighbors and Noise Levels Our neighbors live here full-time. Please minimize noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. If any neighbors report excessive noise, your vacation rental agreement could be terminated, and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount. 2. No Parties or Events Any small gathering is restricted to eight guests and four visitors (twelve people in total) and must comply with the rules regarding noise. Violation will terminate your vacation rental agreement, and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount as well as a $1000 fee. 3. Child Safety Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times. This 2-story home is *not* equipped with child-proof locks or other safety equipment. Children should always be supervised at our property by adults. 4. No Smoking This home is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or any of the outdoor areas near the home including the driveway or patio. Guests will incur an additional $750 fee for any violations. 5. No Pets This home is a pet-free property. The owners have allergies, so please do not bring any pets into the home or onto the patio. Guests will incur an additional $500 fee for any violations. 6. No Third-Party Bookings The guests that book use of this home must be the ones that occupy it.
