The space Everything is completely new including fixtures and furniture. The Lake House includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Is fully furnished and includes access to everything you may need from pots and pans to bedding, towels, and toiletries. I try to keep the kitchen stocked with coffee, seasoning, and some special treats. You are welcome to enjoy the shared back yard and even cut through the yard to the walking/ biking trails No parties, drugs, or smoking inside the unit. Any additional guests visiting need approved. Non approved guests will be charged $50 per person per day if not listed on your original reservation. Any parties or large gatherings will inquire a $500.00 fine. Guest access The entire lower level is yours and very private. I do reside upstairs and am always available by text if you may ever need anything. There is a second property on the lot called the Cozy Cottage which is also listed on Airbnb so you may see others on the lot. I have a dog named Dempsey that you may spot from time to time outside but please don't feed him even if he tells you it's ok. He has an invisible fence and cannot get to your unit please do not allow any children in his area as he is not use to children and getting older. Other things to note This is a NON-SMOKING unit please be courteous.
