Enjoy your stay at this unforgettable property and make memories that will last a lifetime. The space The home has 3 Master Suites. One suite has a king bed along with a gas fireplace and new bath. The other two suites each have a queen bed and all three have their own private full bath. The 4th bedroom has a Queen and 2 Full beds and the 5th bedroom has a King and 2 Full beds. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs and Direct TV. Wi-Fi is available on the property as well. There is a common full-bath on the 2nd floor. A year-round heated glass atrium encloses a heated indoor pool and new hot tub with spectacular views. The Family room has a large screen smart TV with a sound bar. The Living room has ample seating including 2 leather couches and several chairs, the perfect place to gather and talk about your day on the mountain. The Kitchen is equipped w/stainless steel appliances, 2 refrigerators, a six burner propane stove, dishwasher, and 2 sinks. The Breakfast room and dining room can sit 14 guests comfortably. This rental has everything your need to host a gourmet feast for Thanksgiving or Christmas or your large group. The covered front porch and massive deck offer epic 240-degree panoramic views of the Presidential Range including Mt. Washington, Mt. Abrams, Shawnee Peak and so much more. The outdoor seating seems endless. The new outside bar comfortably seats 8 which is adjacent to the dinning table. There is plenty of space for outdoor dinning if you choose. A new pavilion complete with dinning table, bar with stools and 4 cushioned chairs and coffee table await you with spectacular meadow views all the way down to our private pond. Enjoy the sunset in the evening and sitting around the gas fire pit on the deck. Hike the many trails around the property and enjoy the hot tub after a long day of relaxation. In the winter, we offer snowshoeing and cross country skiing in the meadow and trails as well as sledding down the meadow. Multiple options for skiing at nearby ski resorts such as Sunday River and Mount Abrams, both between 25 - 40 minutes of the property.
