Golondrina 28 is a comfortable, bright and super-equipped fully renovated bungalow, in one of the quietest and safest places on the island It is located in the front row in the group4, the best of seven of a well-known tourist complex, less than 30 meters from Matagorda beach The space Golondrina 28 is located less than 30 meters from the kilometers of beaches that wind from Arrecife to Puerto del Carmen; here guests will find above all rest and relaxation, while being able to easily walk to all the amenities, such as shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Golondrina 28 is a corner bungalow (located in a small group just one floor of 4), with a nice equipped and sunny terrace with southwest exposure. From the terrace, guests seem to be directly on a large palm garden that was created as a windbreaker and, just a short walk away, the sea! The sun and the Atlantic glimpses between the afternoon palms, and the sunsets of Lanzarote are always spectacular. The bungalows have a living-dining area with a spacious kitchenette with breakfast bar, bathroom with bathtub, bathroom with bathtub and marble sink, a so-called Solana (an internal patio to hang linens and store things from the sea) a bedroom with two large single beds that can be easily combined. The living area is comfortable, modern and simply furnished but tastefully in bright colors. Dishware, glasses, cutlery, and pots and pans abound. For sometimes cooler nights, in the winter of Lanzarote (let's not forget that we are in Africa and there is a certain thermal excursion) you can use the air conditioner in a heat pump, while the summer heat is effectively moderate from the typical Canary Islands roof and a fan, as well as from the air conditioner. Close to the airport (but not noisy) Matagorda is definitely the safest, warmest, green and quietest area on the island, as well as the most central! It is served, in front of the tourist complex, by two long sandy and free (or equipped beaches, if you want). The road that separates the village from the beach is closed to traffic (except for police cars, a discreet but constant check), so you can say that you are right on the beach! The road is pedestrian (allow yourself a walk in the shade of the palms) and for bicycles (also for rent at the complex). Near the complex there is a large and well equipped shopping center with 2 supermarkets, bars and restaurants of all kinds, and rent-a-cars, bicycles and vehicles for reduced mobility, all cheap ( everything also from the complex). Golondrina 28 IS LOCATED IN THE FIRST ROW OF THE RESORT, ONLY 30 METERS FROM THE PROMENADE! AND THEN, DIRECTLY, THE BEACH. THE VERY QUIET POOL IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR, FOR A BORED DIP DIRECTLY FROM THE BED TO THE WATER. If you find the Atlantic too cold, or you just don't like saltwater, you have a total of seven pools, three of which are heated and four with a specific area for children. Guest access Everything is free to use, from the DVD TV and radio to the radiator, from the security storage to the washing machine, from the beach towels to the Wi-Fi.
