While this spacious property typically features five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, we’re excited to offer a weekday-only option ideal for smaller groups: enjoy access to two large king bedrooms and two full bathrooms, available Monday through Thursday. This setup is perfect for business travelers, as both bedrooms are equipped with private workspaces and desks to help you stay productive during your stay. Living Room: The cozy living room flows effortlessly into the spacious dining area and coffee bar, creating a perfect environment for relaxing, entertaining, or simply unwinding after a day in the city. Bathroom: Enjoy full-size bathrooms stocked with Tommy Bahama luxury bath products, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Each guest will be provided with one large bath towel, one washcloth, and dark makeup towels for added convenience. Kitchen: The newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Don’t feel like cooking? This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings. *MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property. * PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED. * PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is a fully fenced backyard and the area is perfect for walking! *Cameras located on the exterior of this property. *CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in. *RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
