Info About Cleaning And Pet Fees for stays of 2 weeks and longer: -Cleaning fee is based on the number of guests and the length of time the house is reserved, and ranges between $500 for 4 guests and no pets, to $1500 for 4 guests with 4 dogs. Pet Fees are based on the size of the pets and the number of pets. A 15 lb dog has a daily fee of $7. A 90 lb dog has a pet fee of $15/day. For guests who have multiple pets, the fee may be higher.
