The house features a spacious living area with cable TV. All towels and bed linens are provided. We have a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils, as well as a washer and dryer. Free Wifi is provided. The house has a private 2 car (maximum) driveway. There are community grilling stations if you want to BBQ. We really love this resort and enjoy the stay whenever we are there and so will you. Within walking distance is an excellent Publix supermarket as well as a variety of restaurants – a Chinese takeaway, a Japanese restaurant and a Thai restaurant. There is also a South American restaurant, an I-hop and an Applebees. Also, a very popular British fish and chip restaurant with outside tables and music. CVS Pharmacy, Bank, Liquor store, and Walk-In Medical Clinic are also within a very easy walk. Walmart and Target are close by. Many people say that there is no need to leave the resort at all. The resort itself is the perfect location for a golfer's get away. It is located next to the scenic and highly rated Highlands Reserve Golf Club, Celebration Golf Club, Southern Dunes, Diamondback and many more. Other major attractions in the vicinity are as followed: Disney World/ Universal Studios/ Sea World/ Legoland/ Shopping Outlet/ Gatorland/ Orlando Airport Guest access **Please Note: Regal Palms charges $22.40 per house per day (not per person) that is included in your reservation total. This resort fee is currently $22.40, including tax per villa (NOT per person) per day. (this has already been calculated in the listing prices, so will not be needed upon arrival at Regal Palms.) * Please note: Our villa is actually a four-bedroom villa. However, we rent it out as a three-bedroom villa sleeping a maximum of six people. This is largely to discourage large groups who wish to come for parties, and who may not respect the property and leave it as they find it. Currently, the downstairs bedroom is used as a storeroom. While they are there, guests may notice people accessing this storeroom occasionally. These people are part of our management company and are usually accessing cleaning materials and are usually only there for a matter of minutes. While they are there, they have no access whatsoever to the Villa so guests maintain their own privacy, 100%.
