This elegant western log home is situated amidst a working ranch managed by a caretaker. There are ample sleeping quarters, large, well-equipped kitchen, 2 living areas including a rec room with a pool table, ping pong table and foosball! An exercise room and outdoor living spaces round out this quiet oasis. The space Property is a 3000 sq ft. + log home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom with a walk in shower and double sinks. The 2nd bedroom with a full bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds share a full bathroom with a single sink and large tub shower. The final bedroom is downstairs and has a queen bed and an attached full bathroom with a single sink and walk in shower. There are living spaces both upstairs and downstairs and exterior entries on both floors. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the house and decks, adjacent yards and playground. The fields, outbuildings, irrigation ditches, pond, creek, vegetable garden and all farm equipment and supplies are for owner use to manage the property and farm the ranch. Depending on farming and season, owner will let renters know what extra parts of the property can be accessed. Other things to note While the property is an active ranch, it is a small ranch and we strive to respect your privacy. We will let you know when and if we need to be at the property doing ranch work and try as much as we can to do work when we don't have guests.
