The first floor harbors a whimsical bunk room with five twin beds and a half bath, a lush living room, a dining room ideal for ten, and an extensively equipped kitchen. The second floor unfolds into four serene bedrooms furnished with plush memory foam mattresses and individual TVs, supported by two full baths. The renovated lower level introduces a second living room with a cozy sleeper sofa, a walk-out patio gracing a premium hot tub, and a gas fire pit. Outdoor aficionados will be fascinated by our fully enclosed basketball court, supplied with basketballs, pickleball paddles, and dodgeballs. Venture short distances to popular attractions including Valley Zipline Tours, Hocking Hills State Park, Lake Logan, and Ash Cave. We prioritize our guests' safety and comfort, maintaining our indoor saltwater pool at an inviting 80-85 degrees. Pets are lovingly welcomed with an additional $150 cleaning fee but are strictly prohibited from the pool or pool room. Our residence is positioned in a serene residential area with a firm policy against loud music or parties. External cameras are installed for enhanced security at entry doors and parking areas.
