For up to 4 adults and 2 children, the holiday home on two floors and 68 m² offers two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a large garden and a dry sauna. Additional costs for WiFi, gas, water and electricity consumption are included! There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm) and the other two single beds (each 90x200cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have black-out windows. Also on the ground floor: the bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna. On the upper floor you will find an open, light-flooded living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 children and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch SmartTV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times. The upper floor is equipped with a variable stair gate. Outside there are seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal grill. There is also a free parking space and a lockable bicycle shed at the house. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and the marina. Your dog is very welcome. Whether it is mild summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or cool winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its facilities and a natural environment in every season. WiFi is available throughout the house via fiber optic connection with a download speed of 300 Mbit/s. The Wendtorf Marina is undergoing a transformation, so construction work is possible in the area, but this has already been largely completed. The adventure promenade was recently opened directly at the harbor. The "Ahoi - Steffen Henssler" restaurant now takes care of your physical well-being and you can find delicious refreshments in the neighboring ice cream parlor. There are also smaller shops and plenty of playgrounds for younger guests.
