Breezy Beach is a new construction 6 bedroom / 7 bathroom home with a private pool located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It has a shared beach access to the beach sand. Breezy Beach is a beachfront home located on the east end of Panama City Beach, conveniently located near several restaurants and entertainment attractions. This home features 6 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 18 guests. This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This home features 6 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 18 guests. This home is also equipped with an elevator that goes to all 4 floors for those with difficulty with stairs. Upon entering the home, you will find the elevator on your right that goes to all 4 floors, a bathroom, and straight ahead, you can head on out to the private beachfront pool and private deck area. Also on this floor is the first washer and dryer set. Outside on the pool deck is a ceramic charcoal grill. The main living, dining, and kitchen area are located on the second floor. From the living room, you will find a furnished walkout balcony offering perfect views of the gulf. Down the hall, you will find the first bedroom with a queen-over-king bunk bed with a private en-suite. Going up to the third floor are three additional rooms. The first room is a queen-over-king bunk bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom is a king room with a private bathroom. The third room is the beachfront king master suite with a private bathroom and private walkout balcony. Also on this floor is the second washer/dryer set. Going up to the fourth floor, you will find the last two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private bathroom. A recreation room on the top floor has a wet bar and walkout balcony. The private pool can be heated up to 85 degrees! However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you need it while you stay. The cost to heat the pool is $50 per day. Breezy Beach has direct beach access with a private walkway shared with the neighboring house. This location is perfect for beachfront weddings. If you are interested in making any of our luxury homes part of your event planning, please know that an additional fee is associated. This location only has parking for four vehicles, and no immediate parking lots are available. Breezy Beach requires a 7-night minimum stay (Sunday/Sunday) for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below: 2023: Family Break: March 5 – April 9 (Sunday - Sunday) Summer: May 21 – August 13 (Sunday - Sunday) *Due to Florida State Law, this home is equipped with a pool alarm. *This home is equipped with perimeter cameras to monitor the security of the home and to make sure there are no loud parties or over-occupancy issues. *This property requires all guests to be over the age of 25, unless a family with children. Absolutely no college spring break type parties. *Registered guest who books the property must occupy the property for the entire stay. The registered guest must complete the rental agreement, which requires a credit or debit card to be placed on file. *Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the property. Any indication of such will result in a $1000 fee charged to the card on file and eviction without a refund. *Absolutely no pets allowed.
