Chelsea lift-4 bed penthouse-close to Battersea

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway right next to most famous Kings Road and very close to beautiful Battersea Park. This is a wonderful penthouse with your own lift access! This 4 bedrooms, large kitchen and dinning area is fantastic for families, groups of friends or businesses. Walking distance to the ferry pier, you can explore London by boat trip easily. If you would like to join true londoner's life, staying in Chelsea is the best choice for you. The space 2 bedrooms are very spacious with own en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are compact but work and have single bed each. Plus a very spacious kitchen with all amenities for great breakfast, lunches or dinner. There is an additional 3 fold out sofa beds in the living room / lounge area, smart TV (NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, ETC) and working space on the large kitchen table are the basics. PLEASE NOTE: - 2 bathrooms are inside of the 2 large master bedrooms. - Dining table is seating for 6. Guest access Check-out is at 10 AM. During week days: Check-in is from 3 PM to 6 PM. During weekends: Check-in is from 2 PM to 3 PM. Early luggage drops off from 2 PM Left luggage on check out from 10 AM-1 PM - subject to availability which will be confirmed on the same day. Please let us know the latest 24 hours beforehand so we can plan and schedule. Self-check-in is NOT available, outside of standard hours personal check-in fee applies. Extra guest fees: Please note, it is important that we know the exact number of people staying. We will not be held responsible for missing extra beds (which may need installation), sheets, pillows, towels and other amenities. There is a £ 40 /person/night extra charge which applies from start to finish of the booking. This fee will be doubled if there are additional people communicated late i.e. upon arrival or during the stay. We reserve the right to cancel the entire booking without a refund should there be more people staying as per booking. Up to 2 babies till 2 years of age are free of charge for the stay. We are happy to provide chargeable baby/travel cot (no sheets) under request and it costs £30/day. You will be met up in person and walked through the entire property showing you all amenities.
