Are you more outdoorsy? A short walk to a trail will lead you towards our scenic downtown. If your looking for a nice dinner, don't fret, a two mile drive will lead you to a strip of restaurants and fast food. There are two rooms in the basement that will be blocked off for storage purposes. There is unlimited Wi-Fi Access. There will be a limited number of complementary snacks and water for your stay. Courtney and I will be available by phone and text at anytime. We can also be available in person with appropriate notice. This property is located near the 70/63 connection where you have access to both major highways and many restaurants. There are tons of new construction surrounding us as the family housing increases. Transportation by car and Uber are the most common forms of travel in Columbia. However, biking is big in Columbia with many trails to use. We are also near the bus line which operates Monday through Saturday. We do not allow friends of friends so if you want to have others over please make sure they are on the reservation list. Please note that there are outdoor cameras that record and transmit video for safety purposes. There is a strict no pets and smoking policy. Any violators will be responsible for a $500 deep cleaning fee.
