The space Mountaintop at Yonahlossee Saddle Club is a beautiful 3 bedroom home atop 5 acres with views and privacy. Located at one of the highest peaks of Yonahlossee, Mountaintop exudes peace and comfort. A wrap-around deck on this log home gives you many places to relax and enjoy the mountains. On the main level, you'll find the newly remodeled kitchen with plenty of counter space for meal prep and all stainless steel appliances. The dining table holds six guests and four more seats are available at the counter. The living room features a wood burning fireplace stacked to the top of the vaulted ceilings. The 65" smart TV with Hulu Live hangs over the mantle. The first of three suites is on the main level. This is a king suite with a ceiling fan and smart TV. The private bath has a tiled shower and granite countertops. Upstairs are two more suites. The second King suite has a ceiling fan and smart TV. The bathroom has a tiled shower with built in bench and a tub. The third suite has a twin over queen bunk bed and a full bed. This private bath has a tub/shower combination. Also in the loft is seating and an arcade game. Outside, kick back and relax on the deck as you enjoy the fresh mountain air. Grill up your favorite meals to share or head to the firepit in the yard and toast the perfect marshmallow as you gaze up at the stars. Additional Notes: - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. Firewood payment is collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • Pets are not permitted at this home. • Guests do not have access to the amenities of Yonahlossee while staying in this home. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night. This will be collected through the AirBnb resolution center. ​• Owner monitors the exterior of the home with security cameras. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
