When you're feeling groovy there is a Crosley record player to spin some of your favorite tunes. Spend time outdoors with al fresco dining on the back deck, fire pit & BBQ grill area, as well as a fully enclosed, heated outdoor shower. The house features an open-concept space! As you step through the front door you will enter the living area with a Crosley record player and flat-screen TV where you can relax and spin some of your favorite tunes or stream your favorite movies and shows. At the opposite end of this living area is a beautifully renovated kitchen with white quartz countertops, Classic retro appliances, and all of the cooking and dining essentials. The banquet dining near the front door comfortably seats six but should you need more dining space there is an outdoor dining table on the back deck that can accommodate up to six people. Down the back hall from the kitchen, there is a mud/laundry room where you will find beach towels and a soft cooler bag available for your use. The door from the laundry room leads onto the deck area where the propane grill is located. The master bedroom is located at the back end of the house and has a comfortable king-size bed and cozy reading corner. The ensuite bath is a jack-and-jill style with a tub/shower combo and funky retro tile, shared with the other queen bedroom on this side of the house. The other two bedrooms are accessed off the living area both have plenty of space with a queen-size bed in one and two full-size beds in the other. There is a full bathroom in between them with a large vanity and walk-in glass shower stall. There is parking for four vehicles in the front driveway. Should you need more parking space or somewhere to put a boat trailer, a larger vehicle, etc. There is an additional side lot, that is fenced off from the rest of the property, available upon request. We both live and work locally but travel quite a bit as well. Our primary residence is a mile away from our Airbnb. We are only a phone call away, seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and of course anytime during an emergency. This is an old-school Wilmington neighborhood with an eclectic assortment of houses. Wrightsville Beach Brewery is located right down the street and you can easily walk to it from our house for a local beer. It is a short 5-minute drive to Wrightsville Beach and about 15 minutes to downtown Wilmington. You can easily walk to Wrightsville Beach Brewery (Dinner/lunch) and Salt Works (breakfast/lunch). We recommend a vehicle for getting around town and to the beach. There is parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Uber/Lyft is readily available as well. We have owned this home for over 12 years and we designed and renovated everything ourselves. We love how this retro renovation came out and this property is very special to us.
