The space A spacious two bedroom Guesthouse with a touch of luxury styling! Both bedrooms have king sized beds, armchair and foot stool to rest and relax. A full size kitchen with Nespresso Coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and two door fridge/freezer. Laundry has modern front loader washing machine and clothes dryer. Separate toilet to Bathroom with shower and large vanity area. Guesthouse is shared on two acres with host house, however private entrance facing away from main house and free onsite cement carpark. Guest access Guest access is via a private entrance and has an allocated free car park for guests. Self Checkin with a combination box to access Guesthouse keys Other things to note Please note that our beautiful Guesthouse is not equipped for infants and children. However, we are not opposed to children, kindly discuss on booking. Kindly be advised that no visitors are permitted on site between the hours on 9pm - 7am. Thank you for respecting our wonderful neighbours by adhering to this request. In the dining area you will find a TV boosters - this is to remain switched on for maximum benefit of these services. Please note, that whilst we have endeavoured to maintain a strong service, that WIFI can sometimes be weak due to weather and the surrounding mountains. We do have our own pets on site! They are friendly and inquisitive cats that will say hello! However once they have a sticky beak they will move on. Thankyou for giving them a pat and saying Hi! If you have washing to do and would like to use the main clothesline near the driveway, please do. Pegs are provided in bathroom cupboard.
