This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home features 2 separate living rooms, a king bed in the master, queen beds in two main floor bedrooms, and a queen and 2 twin beds in the finished basement. A roll-away bed is available upon request. Enjoy the large covered balcony and brick paver patio with a firepit in the fenced yard. Dogs considered upon request. Parking is tight—please message if bringing more than 2 cars to confirm availability The space This Bedford Stone home has been updated as a short term rental! The basement has been updated to include office space, a family room with 55” TV, game table and additional sleeping areas including a Twin XL bed iand a queen size bed in another open room. A trifold privacy screen is provided. The beautiful backyard is delightful for yard games, sunning, kids and dogs! If you're a coffee lover, we have coffee options for you! We have a Keurig, a Nespresso Vertuo Plus, and a drip coffee maker with insulated carafe. Please bring your preferred k-cups, Nespresso capsules or coffee grounds. The extra appliances are stored above and below the built-in oven in the kitchen. Guest access The parking situation here is TIGHT and street parking is not allowed. If you're bringing more than 2 cars, please message me to ensure the parking situation will work for your group. The city sidewalks allow for leisurely strolls around the neighborhood. Other things to note Check-in instructions will be sent the day prior to arrival. There is a storage area in the basement behind the stairs that we ask guests not to access. Although there is not a door closing off the storage area, the area is blocked off with a room divider. Third bathroom being added to the house August 2025.
