The lake is a gem for swimming, sailing, fishing, jet skiing, and more! To help you enjoy the lake, the owners provide the below watercraft. Please keep in mind that all equipment may be used at your own risk and no liability is taken by the host for any personal injury resulting for using the provided equipment. Any and all damages to equipment or property caused by guests as a result of use will incur repair/replacement charges. ⭐ 1 × Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board ⭐ 1 × 3 Person Inflatable Boat ⭐ 2 × 3 Person Kayak 🦺 Adults and Children sized Life Jackets -------------------------------------- Pet friendly for 1x pet - Guests are required to provide their pets bedding and food bowls. Pets must remain off furniture and carpeted areas at all times or excess cleaning charges may apply. Please note this property is not fully fenced. The only secure area to leave a pet whilst guests are off site is the back balcony which is fully secured by glass balustrade. There is a grassed area on the Lake side of the property but this is not securely fenced allowing pets access to the main road via the side passage or directly to the lake. Guests are reminded to dispose of all pet waste appropriately ------------------------------------ The booking price is based on a minimum number of guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter in the required number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable. Other things to note This property supplies Linen. This includes bed & bath linen. 1 bath towel per registered guest will be supplied. Beach/Lake/Pool towels are BYO. Check-in is made super easy! We will provide access codes via Airbnb just prior to our standard arrival time of 3 pm. An early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If you need either, we recommend contacting us 24 hours before your stay or on the day of your arrival. ------------------------------------- The owners have provided the watercraft below for your enjoyment of the lake; however, please notice that you use all equipment at your own risk and that no responsibility is assumed for any personal injuries occurring from using the equipment. Repair or replacement costs will apply to any and all damage to property or equipment that guests may do during their stay. We will send an agreement after booking confirmation regarding the property safety protocols ------------------------------------- Important note for party planners: Unfortunately this is not the property for you. This home located in a quiet neighbourhood, so a hens/bucks/schoolies type celebration is not appropriate. We can easily determine if the house rule of "No parties or events" is disrespected, and this means additional charges and/or eviction will apply, which everyone wants to avoid. If you are unsure, please enquire before booking. All reservations operate under a strict No-Party & Excessive Noise Policy. This property is located in a residential area and has neighbouring residents to consider. This does not mean you can't enjoy yourselves, it simply means noise must be limited in the late evenings and respect of the property's surroundings must be taken at all times.
