  Boulder Condo N Conveniently located just minutes from the Stagecoach and Boulder Lodges at Heavenly, this newly updated, two-bedroom condo is the ideal alpine getaway. Walk 350 yards to the community pool then enjoy the lovely sunset views back home. Inside, find ski-themed decor, a gas fireplace, and a 42-inch TV equipped with Chromecast and Apple TV (stream directly from your mobile device). The modern kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and there's space to dine at the three-seat counter and the dining table for six. This single-level condo has two bedrooms and a sofabed in the living area. The primary suite includes a 32-inch TV, access to a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. Additional amenities include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and a ski storage locker that's stocked with two beach chairs and sand toys. Stroll 530 yards to the award-winning Fox & Hound Smokehouse Grill & Bar, or drive just a few minutes to the Stagecoach or Boulder Lodge at Heavenly (or hop on the complimentary winter shuttle). In the summer months, drive five miles to the beach and Lake Tahoe, or head equidistant to Van Sickle Bi-State Park. THINGS TO KNOW The ski locker is on the ground floor; a single flight of stairs leads to this second-floor condo. This condo is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood (not suitable for large/noisy groups) and cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. The maximum allowable occupancy is enforced 24 hours a day (meaning even a barbecue with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy or excess vehicles/noise will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the no-party policy may result in eviction. Quiet hours are designated from 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. and will be strictly enforced. This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
