Lovely apartment 90 sqm + sun terrace and views

Welcome between vineyards, nature and amphitheater! The high-quality furnished, approximately 90 square meter apartment is located in Trier-Olewig, the old wine district of the city. From the 17 square meter south-east terrace, the view extends into the countryside. The detached single-family home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with free parking. Close to the city and in the middle of a 1200 square meter property with beds and trees, under which our small flock of chickens and rooster Hugo are at home. The space The apartment with its own entrance was renovated in 2017 (including bathroom) and is freshly renovated. Stairs with 11 steps lead along the house to the separate entrance of the self-contained apartment in the detached single-family house on a hillside. In the living area and the large bedroom there is real wood parquet, in the hallway, bathroom and two bedrooms there are stone tiles. The bathroom, completely renovated in 2017, has a window, a walk-in shower, a washing machine and a dryer. The new built-in kitchen is complete and well equipped with a coffee maker, ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. A basic supply of salt, sugar, spices, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, coffee filters, detergent and dishwasher tabs is always available. The kitchen with a dining table for five guests opens onto the living room, where a modern wood-burning stove embedded directly in the fireplace provides coziness and warmth. In the large bedroom there is a box-spring double bed, in the second bedroom there are two single beds. In the third room, there is a 1.40 meter wide bed, which stands with a long side against the wall. All beds are without foot limitation - so also suitable for tall people. Due to the hillside location of the house, there is a staircase in front of the window of the smaller bedroom – the light and air intake is reduced accordingly. Linens, towels and kitchen towels are included. We provide a highchair and crib free of charge if needed - please let us know what you need! Guest access The separate granny apartment with its own front door, including a large terrace, is completely at our guests' disposal. Other things to note The city of Trier levies an accommodation tax of 3.5% on the nightly rate for tourist stays. This tourist tax is already included in the price and will be paid to the city by us.
