If you are looking for convenience, comfort, and a pleasant experience than you will adore this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo. Our condo was recently updated with all new furniture and appliances. You can walk to the boardwalk and beach in minutes and you are close to many beach amenities and excellent restaurants and local shops. There is a pool on site and free Wi-Fi as well as an easy check in with smart lock door keypad. Please note there is no smoking of any kind allowed in the unit. The space We are a 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and a 1 minute walk to the bay. The location is very safe and typically quiet at nigh time. There are numerous restaurants, bars, stores and an amusement park nearby. The space is smaller at 400 sq ft but we have made the place feel more spacious with smart design decisions. The kitchen is equipped with stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, coffee pods, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils, allowing our guests to eat in if they wish. The living room has a flat screen TV, fireplace and numerous board games as well as two poofs for sitting and playing games. The bedroom has two full size beds. All bedding is included along with towels, makeup towels, hand towels and wash clothes. Our cleaners do include a welcome basket with some dishwasher pods, and soaps, shampoos and conditioners.
