The resort is surrounded by palm trees on a hill with a picturesque view on the bay of Samaná in the typical village of Loma de la Piña. Samaná Bay is regularly visited by humpback whales during the mating season (December to March). The fascinating jumps of the whales can be watched from the complex. The cottages are located on a spacious, fenced and guarded property in the middle of nature. Lizards, hummingbirds, geckos and other exotic animals can be discovered here occasionally. Due to its geographical location on the hill, there are only a few mosquitoes in the complex as well as a pleasant climate with a light breeze. This can be dispensed with air conditioners in the houses. An overwhelming sunrise as well as the green surrounding area and a relaxed breakfast overlooking the sea let everyday life forget quickly. Samaná offers crystal clear sea, palm-lined beaches, pure sun, friendly people, fresh fruit and traditional food. Nearest beach is a 15-minute walk, as well as 5 minutes by car. In addition, leisure activities such as zip line, diving, deep sea fishing, hiking and climbing are offered in the immediate vicinity. Best conditions for a fantastic stay! The city of Samaná is about 25 km away and the town of Las Galeras 15 km away. There is also possibility to book whale watching tours in the village.
