Pool, jacuzzi, small play ground/swings and slide for kids, 2 car garage with a ping pong table. I am available by texts and emails, will return your message within 12 hours, or if it’s during the day, someone can come and help with any questions you have about the house within an hour. It’s a quiet neighborhood, many beautiful trails for hiking. House is located on a calm not through street, and has a beautiful view. Streets are neat and have always nice plantation all around. If you are driving, it’s very close from 118 freeway, about 2 minutes from the exit, very convenient. Also many great freeways are crossing near by, 405, 5, 170, 210. But even tho all these freeways are near, 118 is not very busy. We have a lock box for you to get the key for the house. If you lose a key, we will charge you $25.
