River Front Property Heated pool upon request when cold outside The Lago Haus (Top unit) is a 2 bedroom 1 bath property that can sleep up to 8 guests. Has view of the communal pool in the back, can be seen from the living room, kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom. From 2 to 4 miles to Restaurants, Gruene, Tubing, Schlitterbahn and more. If additional space is need our Posada Haus, which is the bottom section can sleep an additional 8 guests. Can be booked together or separately. The space River front property, docks and boat access! Great for swimming, fishing, and kayaking Lago Haus is part of a split level vintage house and is at street level. There is pine floors and wood ceilings. You can sleep up to 8 guests with a queen in the master bedroom, 2 doubles in the 2nd bedroom and futon in the living. There is a complete kitchen to cook your meals, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Has an open living-room/kitchen/dining area. There is a front covered patio with outdoor furniture. The spacious backyard has our new pool and hot tub. Accessible through the outside side steps. All our Wundercove cottages (seven in total) have access to the pool, 2 hot tubs. Each cottage has their own space, bbq, firepit and plenty of outdoor furniture. To the left of the Lago / Posada Haus is the Guadalupe River at Lake Dunlap, at the moment only accessible for fishing or kayaking. The floating sections of the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers is a short drive into town, about 3 to 4 miles. Other things to note Must be 21 years or older to book this property. Pet Policy: We accept mainly small dogs that are are less than 25 lbs. You must have previous approval from us. There is a $50 pet fee per dog. Absolutely, we do not accept more than two (2) dogs per house & they must be housebroken, licensed, vaccinated, well behaved, non-aggressive, and pest free! Guests agree to clean up feces after their dog. Dogs must be crated while left alone on premises. Guests agree to pay any damages caused by dogs. No dogs on furniture or beds. Guests agree to be in full control and take full responsibility for their pet’s behavior. Area leash laws must be followed. READ: Shared heated pool and hot tubs are available for the 7 cottages in this area to use, located behind the Lago/Posada cottages. Each of the cottages has their own BBQ pit and seating area in the back. We do have our common area hot-tubs operating and have added a pool to this shared space that's open for use year round and heated in the winter upon request. Please contact us with any questions.
