People always say, "Location, Location, Location" and this is in the heart of the art district. This is one unit in a duplex in the center of the art district in Gatlinburg. This two story unit has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and a sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2), and a sleeper sofa in the media room along with two trundles in the media room as well (sleeps 4). So - the unit can sleep a total of 12 people in beds! There are 3 large decks attached to each room that look over the Great Smoky Mountains. The master bedroom has its own deck, the living room has a deck, and the two bedrooms and the media room downstairs are all attached to a large deck. There are two off-street parking spaces, and a third space can be requested and approved by the Property Manager. There is also a gravel parking lot two doors down for overflow parking if given a 24 hour approval request. Key-less front door entry.
