It's just a 25 minute walk to the city centre and it's attractions. The space This modern and stylish 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 4 guests to stay in comfort. The large windows let in plenty of light and create a feeling of space. The open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a snug sofa, armchair and large TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious double bedrooms feature plenty of storage space for clothes, large windows and a comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathrooms have powerful showers (1 with bath), toilets and sinks as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Guest access Guests have sole access to the property. Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Please note that the entrance door to your apartment does NOT lock automatically, please manually lock the door to the apartment upon entry and exit to the apartment. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.
