A fully equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, 2 living areas, and a game/rec room make this home unbelievably inviting! Comfortably sleeps 6, but premium queen air mattress + bedding available for additional guests. This lake view will leave you truly speechless! Sit out and sip on your morning coffee with out worrying about bugs! We have an overstocked chefs kitchen for your comfort and enjoyment. We frequently hear from guests that it is the most well stocked kitchen they have ever seen at a bnb. The dock has been recently updated with composite decking. We offer a variety of inflatables for guest use. We now offer (1) paddle board for guest use. Please make sure that you use it the way it was intended and store it away securely when not in use. It will be in the lower level game area and should be put back there when not in use. The garage is open for guest use of vehicle or bike storage. We now have bike tools on site for repairs and tinkering as well! Guest access The entire home and property will be available to those who reserve their stay here. Bella Vista guest passes are available for additional activities in the area, such as: Golfing, swimming, tennis, disc golf, boat rental, etc. Other things to note Trash Day is early Monday morning (6am). We offer a variety of inflatables and (1) Paddle board for guest use.
