Stay on the beach not a cliff

Come to the beach, not a cliff. This is one of the few places in Lincoln City you are actually on the beach not on a cliff. You are full of options here on fun things to do or just sit and relax. Whether it is watching the whales from the hot tub, enjoying the sunset from the fire pit or joining the endless surfers you will always have a memory to take home with you. The home is 2095 sq. ft; upstairs is a large master bedroom, with a small office area with a desk and HP printer. The space Beach access: As of January 15, 2021 The winter storms have pulled the sand away from the sea wall. It is now a LARGE step down to the sand. Currently the best access to the beach is using the public access 50 feet to the North next to my neighbors place. I will remove this update when the next storm brings the sand back up. The master bedroom is oversized with a king size bed. It has two full closets, a desk, dresser, and a couple chairs. As well as the attached master bath. Second bedroom has queen size bed with separate access to the hall bathroom as well as a second sitting room with a dresser and closet. It is a nice space for a crib or if you just need a little more space. A full kitchen is perfect for a Thanksgiving gathering or a BBQ get together, and a dining area seating 6. The living room has plenty of room with spectacular views of the beach. Set up to watch the beach or the storm from comfort. If you want to catch the game or watch a movie the 75 inch Smart TV is ready to go. Downstairs is a great space for youth to gather, with a Queen, bunk bed (double/single) and two futon beds. The 82 inch Smart TV comes with TV apps plus a Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 3. With board games and books, there is always something fun to do. Downstairs also includes a half bath. You have full access to park two vehicles in the garage out of the weather and two in the driveway. FYI, Lincoln City does not approve of vacation renters parking in the street. Besides watching the whales and the surfers, it is a beautiful walk less than 2 miles down the beach to Moe's for lunch (the fish and chips is some of the best!). There are two golf courses; "Salashan" to the South and "The Course" to the North. There are also hiking trails and activities all around Devils lake. I do allow the family pet to join you. Just make sure to add them to your guest count. Keep it to a maximum of two including friends stopping buy who have there pets as well.
