Please enjoy our sweet home with sunlit windows and a great view of Turtle Back Mountain! Walk our beautiful stone-lined Petite Chartres Labyrinth. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, one queen bed and one full bed, 1 bath, and a well-stocked kitchen. The yard is fenced and includes a table and chairs in our covered gazebo. We have great neighbors! A mile to local hot mineral springs, restaurants, and shops. Small enough to be cozy, big enough to be comfortable! Bring one small pet for a $25 fee. The space Please come enjoy our very comfortable, spacious living with views of Turtleback Mountain. We are in a sweet, safe friendly neighborhood with a fenced yard. This si plenty of on-street parking for trailers. Very close to downtown Truth or Consequences and the hot mineral springs! Explore the surrounding area, Elephant Butte Lake, local ghost towns, museums, art galleries, and the Bosque del Apache Wildlife refuge! Additionally, the house can accommodate one small well behaved dog. We have a $25 pet fee for up to one week. For longer stays, the pet fee is $50. Guest access You have access to the whole house, the yard, the beautiful labyrinth, covered patio with outdoor furniture, front porch chairs, a garage, washer and dryer. There is a gas grill (in the garage) . You are close to hot springs, golf, restaurants and 15 minutes from Elephant Butte Lake. Other things to note You are welcome to bring a pet. However, just so you know we do have a Pet Fee of $25. If you are staying over a week, our fee is $50 for a pet. We also request that you clean up after your pet. Thank you. When you request to stay we will be sending you an Airbnb Special Offer that will include the the pet fee with your confirmation. Please note that Truth or Consequences gets quite hot in the summer. Our evaporative cooling an cool the house, but the house never gets cold, as in refrigerated air. Also, it takes a bit of time to cool the house if it's been closed up. Please be patient and use the fans provided to move air. If you have questions about cooling or heating please contact us. If you are accustomed to very cool air, this property may not be your best choice. If you like fresh air, and New Mexico temperatures our home can be quite comfortable.
