It is quietly located in a residential village and close to all amenities, just 20 minutes from Geneva. KITCHEN: American, open to the living room with large central island, it is fully equipped with utensils and dishes. 2 fridges, 1 freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, Senseo coffee machine, blender, etc.... You can do your shopping in the many supermarkets within a 5-minute drive. LIVING ROOM: Living area of 90 m2 open to the kitchen, it includes: - a TV area with 2 sofas, coffee table, 190 cm (75") 4K Smart TV and JBL soundbar with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime - a custom 5 m long dining table to eat together comfortably - a large desk with 24-inch screen to connect your laptop via HDMI and wireless printer. Fiber Optic Wi-Fi available throughout the house BEDROOMS: 7 bedrooms including a 45 m2 master suite with large bathroom, dressing room and balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and 160 x 200 cm beds, 2 of which can be separated into 2 single 80 x 200 cm beds 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are in the basement next to the games room. 2 baby cots and 2 folding cribs are available upon request. The beds will be made upon your arrival according to your wishes. BATHROOMS: There are 4 in total spread throughout the house, which ensures you have a bathroom for up to 2 bedrooms. They are equipped with a bathtub or walk-in shower. Bath towels are provided upon arrival as well as shower gel and shampoo. GAME ROOM: 40 m2 room in the basement with Billiards, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Foosball, electronic darts. RELAXATION AREA: 1 relaxation room with infrared sauna, massage table, weight training equipment. GUIDELINES: The villa is in a small, quiet and residential subdivision. Parties or other events are prohibited out of respect for the neighborhood. The pool is accessible between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and must be closed in the evening for your safety. No Smoking in the house. All amenities are new and must be respected. the check-in inventory and explanation of the Villa's features will be done on the day of your arrival or the next day. at the end of the stay, please remove the linens from the used beds and place them in the laundry room.
