The Rohde House, The Rohde Guest House

Our place is close to nightlife, public transport, the airport, the city square, and parks. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Five minute walk to the "Nights of Lights", two minute walk to Francis Field event field, where many festivals, concerts and activities are held. Five minute drive to the ocean beach at Vilano. Many Restaurants and bars in walking distance, including sports bar, martini bar, Irish pub and more. The space It's a cozy little place tucked away in a nice neighborhood and very close to St. Augustine's beautiful downtown. The listing says 1 Rohde but the main house is actually at 5 Rohde, and we call the attached guest house 5 1/2 Rohde. Guest access You have access to the entire guest house. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front screened in porch or a cool cocktail on the private side deck. There is private off street parking for two vehicles at the private entrance fronting out on East Lane. (Which is a dirt lane running behind all the houses on Rohde Ave. Other things to note If you are here on the last Saturday of the month, our neighborhood celebrates uptown Saturday night with live music and wine tasting. On the first Friday of the month it's "First Friday Artwalk" in town. With dozens of galleries open with free wine and food at most of them. The St Augustine film festival is Jan. 20-22. With many award winning films. The Nights of Lights is from Nov. 19- Jan 31.
