The space This fully furnished home has hardwood floors, an updated kitchen with new countertops, stainless steel stove, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. The home has been updated with comfy new furniture and beds, stylish fixtures and a brand new fenced in back yard for pets and privacy. The master and 2nd bedroom have luxurious king size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a beautiful queen bed. The home has free WIFI (we leave a full set of instructions with WIFI Password), a 56” Flat Screen smart TV in the Living Room and 42" Flat Screen smart TV in the Master bedroom. Home is located 0.3 miles from Riverview park which has tennis courts, swings, a big field for dogs, and a variety of playground equipment. It’s also a mile from a new Publix shopping center and a mile from Frazier Avenue and the Coolidge Park on the riverfront. The beautiful hiking/biking/running trails of Stringers Ridge Park are about 2 miles away. If you are running in any of the Ironman races the home is about 100 yards from a section of the course. Driveway can accommodate 1 car; plenty of additional parking is available on the street in front of the home.
