We have made our 3rd bedroom available to guests, with 1 Queen Bed as of Nov 2023. We cater to extended stay guests - *Traveling professionals on projects *Guests remodeling/building/seeking home to purchase in the area *Guests seeking warmer (TX) or cooler (CO) climates during winter or summer months *Extended vacationers, visiting family/friends *Guests during rodeo/tradeshow months *Extended stays for medical reasons *Guests who have suffered wind/hail/fire/water damage to their home (usually booked/paid by insurance company on behalf of guests). Special requests are welcome as our guests are very important, thus we will always attempt to accommodate. We do not accept dogs which are perceived to be vicious (rots, pits, wolf breeds, etc). Guest must contact us for pre-approval before booking our home and bringing their dog.
