Andy's Holiday Home with HotTub & Sauna

The holiday home is located on a vineyard hill with a wonderful view for up to 8 guests. There is outdoor wooden furniture and stone furnace for BBQ. The upper floor has a small living room with a private bathroom and bedroom. Middle floor has a kicthen and hunting room for up to 15 guests and a private bathroom. The lower floor is is where the wellness is located with sauna and hot tub with deckchairs to relax. All of the floors are accessed from the outside with no stairwells inside. The space All floors are accessed from the inside and do not have stairs connecting the floors from the inside. UPPER FLOOR: The bedroom is located on the upper floor and has 3 double beds and is air conditioned. The window has a mosquito net installed for an undisturbed night's sleep. There is a firewood furnace located in the bedroom but we ask guests not to use it themselves for safety purpouse. Before the bedroom is a small living room which has a TV and a couch which can be used as a double sofa bed. From the living room guests have access to a private bathroom which has a walk in shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. MIDDLE FLOOR: The kitchen with dining area is located on the middle floor with the large hunting room where there is space for up to 15 guests to have festivities or social interactions. The hunting room has a large speaker for music. BASEMENT FLOOR: All of the wellness facilities are located in the basement floor which consist of a sauna, hot tub and deck chairs for lounging. There is an open shower next to the sauna for guests to cool down. OUTDOORS: The property offers a great outdoor experience with it's location on a vineyard hill as it has a great view on the surrounding hills and valley below. There is a large stone furnace guests can use for having a BBQ with wood tble and benches a great spot for hlding a picnic.
