Downstairs is a private queen bedroom, and a full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops, a bright living room facing the river and private balcony. Upstairs is the upper king loft style bedroom (open to below), a full bathroom, and stackable washer and dryer, and a desk for catching up on some work. The Snowater Resort is a gated community that includes a Clubhouse and a Recreation building with two heated indoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi hot tubs, a dry sauna, indoor sports courts, a work out facility, billiards and ping pong, outdoor covered propane BBQ picnic area, a heritage log cabin built in 1887, outdoor sports courts (pickle ball & basketball), outdoor children's play area, European walking trails, and is the closest accommodations to Mt Baker Ski Area. Pet Policy: DOGS ONLY, 2 dogs maximum. Pet rate 35$ per night, per pet. *Snowater Resort has four EV chargers available for owners and guests. This is offered for a $10/per charge fee. Please arrange use of the charger with the Snowater Resort office. *Please be advised that the Snowater Community does not allow for Air Conditioners to be installed in units, therefor A/C is not available in this rental.
