If you are an outdoor enthusiast, this is the perfect base camp to go explore, located right next to the Legacy Trail! Work remotely (if you must) and let your creativity flow. The space This brand-new home offers the following features and amenities: - A bright bedroom with queen bed, smart TV, closet, and an entire wall made of glass which looks out into the trees - An open living/dining space with bar seating - A Sonos speaker - A sofa which unfolds into a comfortable queen mattress (bedding is provided) - A front deck to unwind on and take in the views - High speed Starlink internet ... This truly is the perfect place to create life-long memories The Kitchen: Everything you need for a simple dinner for one, or a feast for a family. - Pots, pans, and platters for large meals - Serving utensils and knives - Gas oven and range, microwave, dishwasher & toaster - Coffee maker, Fellow coffee grinder, and French press - Coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, and all your basic condiments - Reverse osmosis drinking water from the extra tap in the kitchen The Bathroom: - Full bathtub and shower with overhead skylight - Towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided Family Amenities: - Pack and play - Highchair - Board games Guest access Guests will access the property by a private gravel driveway which is approximately 100 meters long. Please note that snow tires are required in our neck of the woods, and while we do our best to maintain the driveway, we do advise that you be prepared for winter conditions from October until April. You will be provided with your unique access code to self-check in. Other things to note This home is connected to its own well, and as such it can have a slight smell and cloudy appearance. The water if filtered and safe for use! You will find a separate small tap in the kitchen with reverse osmosis drinking water. The home is located on 2 acres of rural land. Please be mindful that we share our space with all surrounding wildlife, and that you should be on the lookout for the occasional visiting bear. Do not leave children and pets unattended, and it is recommended that you carry bear spray. You will have your own driveway to the house. This is the only home on the property, **however** you can see the neighbour's home from the house, which is located approximately 100 meters away.
