An elevator connects each level, offering convenient access for all ages. Outdoor living Set on a 2.5-acre lakefront property, the home includes a private patio, private backyard area, and a boat dock for direct lake access. Winter days can be spent admiring the water views, enjoying the BBQ grill, or relaxing with outdoor dining when the season allows. Beach essentials and a kayak are provided, along with a boat slip. A shared lap pool and shared gym nearby offer additional activities. Recreation and entertainment Two living rooms provide space to relax, each with large HDTVs, streaming capabilities, and a Sonos Bluetooth sound system. Board games, children’s books and toys, and exercise equipment support slow winter evenings indoors, while a volleyball court invites active moments outdoors when weather permits. Kitchen and dining The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals together. The hot tub is emptied and filled fresh for every reservation. Other things to note Outside quiet hours are at 11PM on weekends and 10 PM on weekdays.
