A huge outdoor pool and lounge chairs are waiting for you, or perhaps the hot tub is more your speed. You will find something to love in our home. The space Welcome to Paradise, a stunning retreat offering 6,500 square feet of living space across three spacious levels—perfect for large families, retreats, and group getaways. With generous seating, multiple gathering areas, and quiet nooks for relaxation, this home is designed for both connection and comfort. The main floor features an open-concept living room with a grand fireplace and stream-ready TV, flowing seamlessly into the kitchen and dining areas. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain—just bring the food! Step outside to enjoy the gas grill, fire pit (starter firewood provided, with more available for purchase), and multiple outdoor seating areas that offer both privacy and space to gather. Outdoor Amenities: 25’ x 50’ in-ground pool with pavilion and outdoor bathroom Open Memorial Day through September Depth: 4–5 ft (shallow) | 12 ft (deep end) Swim at your own risk Pool heat available for $750/week (week-long stays only) The property also offers a peaceful private country setting with walking trails and ample space to relax or play. 1st Floor -Master Bedroom with King Size Bed, Soaker Tub, Walk-in Shower & a cozy seating area. -King Room with stocked Library and reading area. -1/2 Bath -Laundry room -3 dining areas with seating for 25 guests KITCHEN -Double oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher -Coffee bar includes: 2 drip coffee pots, Keurig with starter k-cups -Second fridge in basement 2nd Floor -2 Kings rooms with Ensuite Bathrooms -2 Queen + Twin Bunk Beds with Jack & Jill Bath Lower Level -Bunk Room- 3 Twin & 1 Full with Bathroom -King with Ensuite Bathroom Recreation/Play Space Pool table, Air Hockey, Wet Bar & Flat Screen TV 3 Seasons Room -Cafe lights -Cozy Seating - Dining Table & Chairs Guest access Guests are able to access the home through a keyless entry system. Host and house manager are available via cell. Other things to note: We do require a list of names and ages of all guests. We do not allow weddings/receptions to be held at Paradise. The property manager lives nearby and is available by text for any assistance needed. Ample common space for family activities, games, quilting, scrapbooking, and more. We provide; , recreation room with plenty of games and activities, 2 TV's, soaker tub, heated pool, private country setting, walking trails, outdoor fire pit, full size basketball court, pickleball court, and volleyball court (all equipment is provided!) House Rules - Quiet hours are between 11 PM - 7 AM. - We require a list of names and ages of all guests 1 week prior to check-in - Do not use any of our neighbors' property during your stay. Please be respectful of our neighbors. - No parties or large events - No smoking anywhere on the premise - No pets allowed - No additional or unregistered guests allowed. - No illegal, dangerous, or non-family oriented activities or items are permitted including, but not limited to, underage drinking, illegal narcotics, strippers, kegs, deep fryers, fireworks, other flammable items, etc. - Please keep the garage door closed at all times. - Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. - Please keep doors locked when you are not home - Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use to prevent letting bugs inside - Please respect check-in and check-out times, as well as the check-out process. -Excessive cleaning (if required)is billed at $50/hr. Repairs due to damages are $50/hour. If anything becomes ruined or missing, you will be charged accordingly. Notification is given prior to any deductions from your security deposit on file. - We have a locked owner's closet in the home. This room is not for guest purposes and should be respected as the owner's personal space. -No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers (e.g., catering companies, DJ’s, VJ’s, rental equipment companies, etc.). Care for the Premises with all due care, leave it undamaged, clean, and keep conditions safe throughout your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to all spaces on the property. Other things to note *During the months of June, July and August we require a 7 night minimum stay.
