Private Mt. Snow Retreat with Hot Tub & Firepit

If you are looking for a great Mt Snow area home that is set back in the woods, has a hot tub, fire pit, and a wood finish interior, this is your home. With three bedrooms and a loft, this home sleeps up to 11 and is great all year round. The property is 15 minutes to Mt Snow and 20 minutes to Stratton, which offers skiing, and golfing, hiking and outdoor activities during the warm months. During autumn, nature will put on a show with the foliage. A great place for a family or group of friends! The space *The home's internet was recently upgraded with Starlink! Super fast satellite internet is now available for guests!* This home has three bedrooms and a loft spread across three floors, all of which will have fresh linens and towels ready for your stay, and sleeps up to 11 guests very comfortably. If your group is all adults, the home sleeps 9. The kitchen has marble countertops with plenty of space to prepare meals, great appliances, and is connected to the dining area and living room with an open floor plan design in mind. The kitchen is stocked with great cookware, utensils, plates, cups, etc. for the chef in your group! The living room has a huge TV, a gas fireplace, and large windows which allow in tons of natural light and offers great views of the surrounding forest. Outside there is a hot tub, gas grill, and an outdoor umbrella seating area. Set next to the woods is a firepit, and you are encouraged to forage in the woods for firewood, a very underrated way to spend some peaceful time while getting some great exercise. We provide cut firewood as well. We have a community center with a pool, club house, and tennis courts. A pass will be available in the rental which will give you access. Please review the rules in the house manual that is provided. Pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. The Perfect Day Enjoy the fresh, crisp morning Vermont air with a cup of coffee or tea on the deck, then it is time to go on an adventure. The ski mountains offer activities year-round, with golf courses, zip lining, hiking, and of course, skiing. Or you can have a relaxing day in, set a fire in the fireplace or firepit, grab a good book or put on the game, and enjoy some peace and quiet. For lunch, there are a number of restaurants in Dover and Wilmington, or you can grill up on the BBQ. The chef in the family can use the great kitchen as well, and can use local ingredients purchased from roadside farm stands. Or have our concierge service bring the food to you. In the afternoon, toast with your friends and family as you sit around the firepit, or have a second round of skiing at the mountain. Then it is time to soak those muscles in the hot tub as the night air sets in and the stars come out. Then it is off to bed and a great night’s sleep to prepare for another great day! *The home has a generator that will automatically turn on and powers the entire house in the event of an outage. Other things to note *We have a concierge service that can help with delivering groceries, scheduling catering, private chefs, pampering, beer/wine tastings, etc. We will provide their details if requested after a booking. *We must be informed of all events hosted at the home. *We have outdoor security cameras that cover the driveway, parking area, firewood pile, and generator. These are for your protection and ours, and to make sure that the firewood is full and generator is working during outages.
