The home has 3 bedrooms, 3 and half bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, large family room, gorgeous dining room, sunroom and a playroom which is considered our 4th bedroom with a sleeper sofa with a plush mattress and a closet. The home is directly on the water and has a large lawn with a fire pit area and picnic spaces. About 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. There is master bedroom with a king bed, a hall bedroom with a queen bed, a hall bedroom with two twin beds and a playroom with a sofa bed that has a full plush mattress. There is a living room, sunroom, dining room, playroom and a very large gourmet kitchen. There are three and half bathrooms. There is plenty of outdoor space upstairs and downstairs. There is a smart TV in all the bedrooms and living spaces. There is also a very nice deck for entertaining upstairs and downstairs. The entire home is available for the our guests. I live in the area and I am available 24 hours a day for any of their needs. The home is located in historic Otranto subdivision which has Oak tree lined streets and beautiful views. The land was originally owned by Dr. Gardner for which the gardenia flower is named. There is a historic home built in the 1771 in the neighborhood. The home is centrally located in the Charleston metropolitan area. There is a mall and plenty of shopping within minutes of the property. Downtown Charleston is about 15 minutes and the beaches are about 25 minutes. Our home is located in a beautiful established neighborhood close to shopping and attractions.
