Our sweet caravan Picolina will charm adults and kids alike. You are welcome to play and hang out in our 1970’s bondwood van. ABOUT OLIVE GROVE Olive Grove is located in a quiet residential pocket of Rye back beach just off Canterbury Jetty Road and Tasman Drive. You have full access to the entire home which has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with separate toilet and open kitchen dining and living + laundry with everything need for washing and drying. A brand new ducted heating and cooling system throughout the home will ensure you are always comfy. Each bedroom has space for hanging and storing clothing / bags. All bedrooms have full mirrors for dressing and getting ready for your outing. Kitchen and Bathroom have been updated with modern fixtures and smaller appliances (Dishwasher, Microwave, Nespresso, Sandwich press, Blender, Kettle and Toaster). There is a spacious outdoor under cover living and entertainment area where you can eat relax play pool or watch the kids jumping in the trampoline. Guests also have access to a huge garage with table tennis. There is room to park up to 4 cars on the premises. Other things to note: Please remember whilst we have taken great care to update Olive Grove with modern touches our place has an old school beach shack vibe intended to bring you back to the basic pleasures of life. Relax unwind and enjoy our perfectly imperfect gem on the peninsula back beach. Guest access Guest can access the premises via self check in after 3pm. Keys can be collected from a lockbox on the premises. A code to the lock box will be provided on the day of check in. Other things to note All bedlinen and towels are provided in the nightly rate. We have a luxury travel cot, change table and high chair - please make a note with your booking if needing these items. Please Note we don’t provide bedlinen for the cot. The trundle bed will not be set up unless your booking is for 7 people or it’s requested prior to your stay. Furry friends are welcome. The back yard is fully fenced and secure place for your pet. We do expect all pet owners to discard all animal wastes securely bagged into the general waste bin. NOTE: Parties and events are STRICTLY NOT allowed due to the residential nature of the surrounding area. We ask all guests to respect this requirement to the benefit of our neighbours and future guests.
