Our main floor entrance has a mudroom for all your skiing, fishing & hiking gear. Living room has large sectional couch complete with a smart TV & Sonos sound system. Our cozy fireplace room is perfect for apres-ski. Enjoy gatherings with friends & family in our spacious dining room & fully equipped kitchen. Main floor also has a half bathroom. The second floor has a primary suite with queen bed, private full bath and 32” smart TV. 2nd guest bedroom is bright & airy with a queen size bed. 3rd guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed as well as a twin air mattress. Both guest bedrooms share a full bath with a shower tub. Last but not least a private office space with fast wi-fi, perfect for remote work. Outside you are greeted with a spacious front porch perfect for your morning coffee, off to the side yard you have a beautiful stone patio w/ a stone fireplace, seperate fire pit area with Adirondack chairs and pathway to a private wooded ridge behind the house. You have access to just over a half acre of land. This house is walking distance to Main Street, the public pool, 5 acre park, playground & tennis courts. Not to mention the close proximity to Belleayre Ski Resort! You have access to the entire house and 1/2 acre of land including the private woods behind the house. The stone path way from the patio will lead you up to this secluded wooded ridge, great for photos! The only areas of limits to guests are the basement unless needed & the shed behind the house. Always available on cell or email during your stay. Historic Fleischmanns is adjacent to both Belleayre Mountain Ski Center and New York State Forest Preserve Land. Visitors and residents can enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities such as skiing near all 4 resorts, swimming at Pine Hill lake, countless hiking trails & fishing in the Esopus Creek. There is also a ton of antiquing, local art exhibits and food & music festivals throughout the year. We are walking distance to downtown Main Street where you’ll find amazing local businesses such as the Village East Cafe, 1053 Main Art Gallery, Aegeans Flavor Greek restaurant, Goatie Whites & the Print House wine bar. The village offers access to a 5 acre park with tennis courts, playground & soccer field, not to mention a brand new public swimming pool, all a 5 min walk from the house. The Spillian wedding venue is a 2 min drive from the house as well. Pinetree Guesthouse is a short walk to Fleischmanns park, village tennis courts, village pool as well as Main Street. Jump in the car and you are less than 5 mins to Belleayre Ski Resort & Belleayre Beach/Lake as well as the Catskill Scenic Byway. Neighboring Margaretville is 10 mins away which offers a CVS, full grocery store, hospital and plenty of cute restaurants and shops. The entire house is smart home enabled for your safety & convenience. Please do not unplug any of the devices. During the winter months we have a company that comes & plows out the road & driveway as well as clears the front steps. We are a part of a route so snow might not be cleared first thing in the morning. Please be patient and accommodating while the crew works to get the road cleared out. We try our best to have all basic household items on hand at the house but should you find yourself in need the CVS in Margaretville has items to purchase. Thank you for understanding. The outdoor fire pit & outdoor fireplace are all weather dependent. Do not leave a fires unattended. Indoor fireplace is available during the Winter months only. The paid public pool is a short 5 min walk from the house and is only available during certain months & times. We are not responsible for pool availability during your stay.
