The main floor welcomes you with a mudroom for your ski, hike, or fishing gear. Relax in the living room on a large sectional with a smart TV and Sonos sound system. The cozy fireplace room is ideal for après-ski evenings. Host meals in the spacious dining room or cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. A convenient half bath is also located on this floor. Upstairs, the primary suite features a queen bed and private full bath. The second bedroom is bright and airy with another queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed plus a twin air mattress—perfect for kids or extra guests. These rooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms include smart TVs for easy streaming. A dedicated office with fast Wi-Fi makes remote work a breeze. Outdoors, enjoy a roomy front porch for morning coffee, a side patio with a stone fireplace, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and a path to a private wooded ridge—all on over half an acre of land. Walk to Main Street, the village park, public pool, playground, and tennis courts. Belleayre Mountain is just minutes away. Guest access You have access to the entire house and 1/2 acre of land including the private woods behind the house. The stone path way from the patio will lead you up to this secluded wooded ridge, great for photos! The only areas of limits to guests are the basement unless needed & the shed behind the house. Other things to note The entire home is equipped with smart devices for your safety and convenience. Please do not unplug or disable any of the smart home equipment. Snow Removal: In the winter months, a professional service plows the driveway, private road, and clears the front steps. As we are part of a scheduled route, snow may not be removed first thing in the morning. We appreciate your patience as the crew works to clear the area. Essentials: We aim to keep the house stocked with basic household necessities. If you find you’re missing something, the CVS in Margaretville (a short drive away) has a wide selection of items. Thank you for your understanding. Fire Features: The outdoor fire pit and stone fireplace are available for your enjoyment but are weather-dependent. Fires must never be left unattended. The indoor fireplace is available for guest use during the winter months only. Pool Access: A paid public pool is just a 5-minute walk from the house and is open seasonally with limited hours. Please note: we are not responsible for pool availability during your stay.
