Take it easy in this unique and tranquil getaway. This sweet beachfront home is the work of the late modernist Architect, John Scott. One of the few remaining original baches in Waimarama the house boasts unique nooks with amazing sea views, a sun-drenched north east facing deck and a sheltered outdoor patio/bbq space to the west. The space The house is split level with toilet, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and entry courtyard on the bottom level. This bedroom has a queen bed and single bed. On the upper level is the main living area which gets lots of sun and leads on to a deck looking onto the beach. Off the living is a tv nook with window seat. Also off the living and down two steps is the master bedroom with beautiful sea views. Note that the master bedroom is unable to be closed off from the living area. Fibre wifi means you can stay connected while you visit. Other things to note The house is 60 years old and has experienced some cosmetic wear and tear over the years. It is not a modern home but the location and beauty of the architecture make it a very special place to stay.
