Each condo has a large family size wrap-around patios with gorgeous views of the white sand beaches and turquoise blue ocean. Setting is a private courtyard with swimming pool, plus we have all the toys-toys-toys! The property has 6 rental condos, available in 1 or 2 bedroom or Guest Suite. Large private patios surround the condo for your outdoor enjoyment. The condo has an open bright airy design and is tastefully decorated. -Kitchen/Dining/family area is a modern open design with center-island and granite counter tops. It is well equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven and all the necessary small appliances with separate dining area for 4-6. -The family area has couch seating with a flat screen TV, Streamer Box and Wireless Internet . It opens up (double sliding glass doors) to beach/ocean patio decks. Patios decks are fully furnished with lounge seating and table/chairs for outdoor enjoyment. -The bedrooms (2), have 1 king and 2 single beds, each with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in showers, and ample storage space for your personal items. -Ceiling fans (5) are installed in all rooms, kitchen, family, bedrooms and bathrooms. -A/C (3 mini-split) is available throughout the condo (Kitchen/dining/family and both bedrooms). Guest access Guests have exclusive use of condo and patio. Shared common areas includes swimming pool and courtyard. Other things to note Street parking is readily available.
