The kitchen amenities include coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove, microwave, pots and pans and cutting boards. Washer and dryer in the home. A maximum of 2 dogs with a $50 charge per dog for the entire stay. *Trash day is very early on Tuesday morning. *This is a NO-SMOKING property. *The booking price includes a damage insurance fee to cover damages done to the property, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest.
