Perfect Home for Families, 3-bedroom, 3ba & pool

A 3-bedroom home in a gated community, that has ocean views of the Sea of Cortez and Land's End. Great location, easy in and out, and close enough to downtown Cabo San Lucas to have fun, but just out of town to allow families to enjoy a peaceful, quiet escape. There are 6 beaches within 10 minutes from the villa, including the best swimming and snorkeling beaches in Los Cabos. The house is perfect for one or two families, with plenty of space to play indoors or outside on the main patio. The space The house is a two-story home with three bedrooms and three full baths. It is our permanent home, but renting it when out of town to allow us to rent AirBnb's in the US. The house is nicely decorated, fully stocked and you will feel at home, not like its a vacation rental moneymaker. The second level of the home is where all the bedrooms are located. In total, there are 3 adult beds (2 King, 1 Queen) and 2 kid twin bunk beds. The home has a maximum allowance of 6 adults and can allow up to 8 people total, if including children. The two elevated twin bunk beds are child-specific. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom and has a King Bed, large dresser, TV, walk in closet, large master bathroom with walk in shower. It also has a patio that overlooks the Sea of Cortez, Land's End and the Arch. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed, TV, large closet and a nice built in desk. Bedroom 3 has two twin bunk beds, with two desks under the bunks. There is also a lounging couch under the bunks, that can be used to sleep a little one. This room also has access to the upstairs patio, shared with the Master Bedroom There is a full bathroom upstairs that is for Bedroom 2 and 3 to share. The first level of the home has a very large outdoor patio, with outdoor furniture, that serves as the entrance and overlooks the Sea of Cortez and Lands End. Once inside the home, you will enter to the living room with large couch, chair, ottoman, TV. Off this living room, is a 2nd living room that can double as a playroom, complete with TV and a couch. Perfect space to work out or do yoga. The 3rd bathroom is in this area as the main downstairs bathroom, but is a full bath. The main living room blends into the dining table area and into the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, complete with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and water purification system. The laundry room is large with two full size front loading washer and dryer. The home also has a backup 8,000 liter water cistern with pump, so you will not have to worry about the city water issues that many rental homes currently have. The gated community has 24-hour security, is quiet and relaxing with access to 3 community pools and the closest pool only 2 houses away. Guest access The house has full access to all areas of our home, including the garage for one car and plenty of guest parking on the private street. Our casa is your casa! The three community pools can be used and we have beach chairs and umbrellas that you have access too. The best beaches in town, which are swimmable, are only 8-10 minutes away by car! Within walking distance, there are two supermarkets, a coffee shop, restaurant, and two pharmacies. Costco and several local restaurants are only a 5 minute drive away. Downtown Cabo San Lucas and the Marina is only 10 minutes away by car. City busses pick up and drop off at the main entrance of the community and Uber access is very easy for pick up and drop off, as well. Other things to note We have lived here as our family home since 2005 and so have our neighbors! Its an awesome neighborhood, filled with good friends and very helpful. We are looking to rent to other families that want the same quiet relaxing experience. The home is not set up for parties or late nights, and the community has noise restrictions in the evening (after 10 pm) that can accompany fines.
