Villa Atlantica is a 2 bedroom villa, situated at the edge of the village. It is reached on foot by a 200m path from the village square. It is 20m above sea level and its private terrace gives an uninterrupted 180 degree sea view over the Jardim do Mar surf break and along the coast to Paul do Mar. Facing West it enjoys spectacular sunsets and moonlight seascapes. It shares a swimming pool and garden on a slightly lower terrace with two adjacent houses, Villa Oceana and Casa das Pedras. The space Villa Atlantica is a single storey villa with one double and one twin bedroom, built in 2006. It has two bathrooms, each with WC, basin, and shower. The lounge and kitchen are open-plan. The lounge has WiFi Internet access and German language satellite TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is a separate laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The Villa has a private sun terrace with a built in BBQ and Other things to note The pool is shared with Villa Oceana and Casa das Pedras, and is located on a separate, slightly lower terrace.
