Plus there is a quaint bistro table - perfect for a meal for two. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, along with the added convenience of a washer and dryer. In the bedroom, you'll find a cozy queen bed and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo for a relaxing soak after a day at the beach. Guests also have access to one on-site parking space for added convenience. Other things to note • Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. • Pets, events and smoking are not permitted. • Parking: There is one small on-site parking space in driveway accessed via the alley behind the property. • Please note that there is another tenant on-site. Do not enter from the front gate or the one on the side that says KEEP OUT. Please enter the unit from the alley. As you are facing the house from the alley, the unit front door is on the right side of the building. • The smart TV allows for streaming services which requires guest own accounts to access. • The front patio is not for guest use. • This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
